These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of the website www.integrall-skinsolutions.com (hereinafter, “the Website”) of which Laboratoires Didier Rase (hereinafter “LABORATOIRES DIDIER RASE”) is the owner. LABORATOIRES DIDIER RASE is a French private limited liability company with registered offices at 170 Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France, holder of Tax Identification Number [..] and registered with the registered with the Companies and Trade Office of Paris (Registre du commerce et des sociétés) under number [..]., and Integrall is one of its registered trade names.
The use by customers of services of the integrall online store implies that they have read, understood and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale included in the version published by Integrall at the time the order for items is placed. It is therefore advisable that customers read these General Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
As a result, the consumer is fully aware that its agreement on the content of these conditions does not require the signature of this document, to the extent that the customer wishes to order online the products presented on the online shop. The consumer, prior to his order, undertakes that the acquisition of these products is not directly related to his professional activity, their acquisition is reserved for personal use. As a consumer, the customer has specific rights, which would be challenged in the event that the products purchased through the website would actually relate to his professional activity. The consumer states that he/she has full legal capacity to engage under these terms and conditions.
Article 1 – Binding force
These terms represent all obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions contained in these terms and conditions. No general or specific terms or conditions in any other documents sent or given to the consumer may be incorporated herein, since these documents are inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
Article 2 – Scope of the contract
These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties under the online sale of goods and services offered by the company Laboratoires Didier Rase to the consumer.
Article 3 – Contractual documents
This contract contains the following contractual documents: these terms and the purchase order. In case of conflict between the provisions contained in the documents of different ranks, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Article 4 – Duration
These conditions come into force on the date of signature of the order form. These conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the provision of goods and services purchased, until the expiry of the warranty.
Article 5 – Electronic signature
The “double click” by the consumer on the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
Article 6 – Confirmation of the order
The contractual information will be confirmed via e-mail no later than at the time of delivery or otherwise, to the address specified by the customer in the order.
Article 7 – Proof of the transaction
The records stored in the computer systems of the company Laboratoires Didier Rase under reasonable security conditions, will be considered proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The filing of purchase orders and invoices can be used as evidence.
rticle 8 – Information on the products
8-a: The company Laboratoires Didier Rase sells products on its website with the characteristics required to comply with Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, which provides the possibility for the potential consumer to know before taking command of the essential characteristics of the products they wish to buy.

Article 9 – Prices
Prices are quoted in Euros and are valid as of the date of dispatch of the order by the consumer. They do not include delivery charges, billed at cost, and indicated before the validation of the order. The prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be reflected on the prices of the online store. To minimize transportation costs, all small and medium size products are shipped by postal service Colissimo. Besides being economical, this service delivers in 48 hours across France and offers the possibility of recovering the goods ordered at your local post office near the delivery address if no place of delivery at the presentation of the factor. Specifically, if you are absent the day of delivery, your postman will leave a notice in your mailbox, allowing you to collect your parcel at your post office during business hours, within 15 days. Colissimo is a very reliable service. However, it may be, as in any expedition, there may be a delay in delivery or the product gets lost. In case of late delivery from the date we have told you in the mail from, we ask you to report the delay in calling us by phone or by sending an e-mail. Article 13 – Problems with delivery due to the transporter.

Article – 14 – Errors in delivery
14-a: The consumer must notify Laboratoires Didier Rase the day of delivery or later than the first business day following delivery, any claim of error of delivery and or non-conformity of goods in kind or as compared to the instructions on the order form. Any claim made after this time will be rejected.
14-b: The formulation of this claim with the company Laboratoires Didier Rase may be made by e-mail.

To be accepted, any return will be reported to the Customer Service of the company Laboratoires Didier Rase.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the company Laboratoires Didier Rase, except in cases where it would prove that the product does not match the original declaration made by the consumer in the back.
Article 15 – Warranty of the products
Pursuant to Article 4 of the French Decree No. 78-464 of 24 March 1978, the provisions hereof may not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the seller to guarantee against all the consequences of latent defects of the thing sold. The consumer is expressly informed that the company Laboratoires Didier Rase is not the manufacturer of the products featured in the website within the meaning of the law n ° 98-389 of 19 May 1998 on the Liability defective products. Article 18 – Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute or claim, the consumer should first contact the company Laboratoires Didier Rase for an amicable solution. In a second time and in case of appeal, the consumer or the company Laboratoires Didier Rase may file a complaint with the competent court.
Article 19 – IT and Liberties
The information requested from the consumer is required to process the order and may be disclosed to contractors of the company Laboratoires Didier Rase involved in the execution of this command. The consumer can write to the company Laboratoires Didier Rase whose coordinates are within the terms and conditions contained within the website, to oppose such disclosure or to exercise their rights of access, rectification with respect to information concerning and contained in the files of the company Laboratoires Didier Rase, as provided by the Act of 6 January 1978.
